I need a new cam and I'm torn between Sony Cybershot T700 and Canon IXUS 870. Which do you think is better? =p?

I fell in love with Cybershot's style but I think the Canon's images are great. I also want to have a good %26amp; sturdy cam since I won't be buying for the next couple of years.
