Why doesn't my canon camera copy internet found photos onto the memory card?

I can't seem to transfer my photos I found online onto my canon's memory card. Help please.|||Your camera is not a viewing device. It uses an SD memory card. Secure Digital. It has firmware onboard that will not allow outside image files to be viewed. Even ones you took using your camera that were transfered to your computer and then back to the card. Try it .. you will see how that works ... or doesn't.
